Classes are £12.00 for pay as you go or pay for a monthly block for £38.00 which is payable in advance and is none refundable.

Fridays – 10.00 am to 11.15 am
Classes will be focused around a particular theme or element each week and will begin with some pranayama (breath work) to ground and settle you on the mat and connect your mind with your breath followed by a nourishing warm up leading into an energising asana practice (postures). A cool down will then lead into further pranayama techniques to calm the body in preparation for a guided meditation to control and/or quieten the mind. The focus each week will be on a different meditation technique such as a visualisation, a mantra (a word repeated to aid concentration), chanting (focusing on internal sound -nada) and the chakras (a wheel or vortex of energy) to connect with your inner-essence and cultivate feelings of joy, peace and happiness. A guided, restorative savasana (relaxation) will conclude the class.
